2025 Fall Winter Collection Launch
On the evening of March 10, 2025, the Géode at Parc de la Villette in Paris transformed into a tunnel through time and space, connecting reality with the cosmos. It was within this extraordinary setting that the legendary French brand Pierre Cardin unveiled its 2025 Fall/Winter Haute Couture collection. With the mysterious and ever-changing "moon" as its core theme, the collection represents both a profound continuation of the founder's futuristic aesthetic and a deeply felt dialogue spanning half a century.
Within this immersive, technologically charged space, the collection draws inspiration from the moon's unique colors and geological textures, shaped over millions of years of evolution. It faithfully inherits the essence of the groundbreaking "Cosmocorps" series, created by the founder in 1968. Speaking at the event, Mr. Rodrigo Basilicati Cardin, President of Pierre Cardin, remarked: "The shifting lights and terrains of the lunar surface have provided us with an infinite well of creativity. This is not only an exploration of the future, but also a tribute to the brand's illustrious past."
In terms of craftsmanship and materials, this season's ready-to-wear once again honors the brand's steadfast commitment to environmental sustainability. The design team boldly incorporated treasured deadstock fabrics and cutting-edge eco-friendly materials such as high-tech wool mohair, seamlessly blending the sharp lines of architectural silhouettes and the cool luster of metal finishes with the elegance of A-line dresses and the fluidity of bolero jackets. Classic geometric intarsia and collarless coats, bathed in shades of lunar white, produce a strikingly sci-fi visual effect, immersing audiences in the vastness of the universe and bearing witness to a romantic encounter between fashion and the cosmos.
